What customers receive

  • Booking confirmations & reminders — sent after a customer books an appointment through a FolioLive user's public booking page.
  • Callback messages from the AI receptionist when a customer leaves a message and the business owner is unavailable.
  • Payment links & invoice notifications when a FolioLive business sends a request for payment.
  • Appointment changes — reschedules, cancellations, and no-show follow-ups.

How customers opt in

Customers provide their phone number and explicitly consent to SMS as part of booking an appointment, requesting a callback, or initiating contact through a FolioLive business's public page. Each form discloses that SMS may be used and links to our SMS Terms.

Opt out anytime

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply. SMS frequency varies by use; typically fewer than 10 messages per booking lifecycle.

Privacy
